Restructuring
Operational support in situations involving stress, emergency response and business continuity.

Assessment and consolidation of the financial position
A rapid and in-depth analysis of the current situation: balance sheet, cash position, income and expenditure flows, past due or upcoming obligations, and identified risks. Compilation of a robust, consistent and up-to-date reference file to serve as a common basis for all stakeholders.

Development of business continuity plans
Development of several scenarios based on the severity of the situation: continuing operations with adjustments, operational restructuring, cost reorganisation, staff reductions, or the disposal of assets or business units. Analysis of the financial implications, timetable and short- to medium-term viability for each scenario.

Preparation and monitoring of PRJ applications
Comprehensive preparation of the case file for the court: balance sheet, profit and loss account, analysis of difficulties, business continuity scenarios, budgets, timelines and a restructuring plan. Monitoring of obligations under the PRJ in coordination with your lawyers and advisers.

Cash flow management during a crisis
Daily or weekly monitoring of cash flows, prioritisation of critical payments (salaries, tax and social security liabilities, secured bank loans). Implementation of very short-term cash flow dashboards and cash flow projections covering up to twelve months.

Operational coordination and compliance
Strict monitoring of critical deadlines (court filings, tax and social security obligations, meetings with creditors). Ongoing coordination with all external parties: solicitors, administrators, experts and accountants.

Recovery from the crisis and stabilisation
Implementation of management tools designed to prevent a further crisis, review of internal processes, strengthening of management control, and regular communication with financial and banking partners. Transition to standard operational support or continuation of enhanced monitoring, as required.
