About
I founded Melco Finance to put my field experience at the service of executives facing strategic financial decisions. For over twenty-five years, my career has combined corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, project management and restructuring: managing companies, advising on M&A and supporting business transfers and turnarounds.
At Melco Finance, I lead corporate finance and advisory engagements focused on operational restructuring and business turnaround—including court-ordered reorganizations (PRJ/WCO), business continuity planning, and operational back-office management. In parallel, I leverage an ecosystem of specialized firms—corporate finance, M&A, and strategic consulting—allowing me to mobilize the right expertise for each situation.
My conviction: a thorough understanding of operational realities is essential for clear and sustainable strategic decisions. As the single point of contact, I personally oversee each project from initial analysis to implementation, and I coordinate the network of regulated experts mobilized as needed.
